Hakim Monykuer Awuok is a public policy expert and nonprofit leader with 12+ years of experience in program development, government engagement, and community empowerment. He holds advanced degrees in public policy and administration and is an alumnus of the Acumen, UNITAR, and Atlas Corps Fellowships. As Executive Director of EmpowerKids-South Sudan, Hakim leads major initiatives in conservation agriculture, education support, youth empowerment, and civic engagement—driving a vision of a South Sudan where every child learns, every farmer thrives, and every community has a voice.
